Ali Peterson

A yoga teacher for nearly 15 years, Ali brings an unrelenting enthusiasm to her intuitive and challenging flow classes. This will be her fourth time hosting a retreat in Playa Grande.

Where we’ll be

We’ll be staying at RipJack Inn in Playa Grande. Located just steps from the beach, RipJack also features two pools, a sand volleyball court, our own private yoga studio, and an on-site restaurant.

How to get there

Book your travel round trip to and from the Libera, Costa Rica airport (LIR). Arrive by 2pm on Jan 25th and depart no earlier than 11am on Jan 31st. Airport transfers are included.

What to expect

7:15 am Meditation on the beach
8 am Ashtanga in the studio
10 am Brunch at RipJack
11 am - 3:30 pm Free time for relaxing or excursions
(massages, hiking, surf lessons, atv, zip line, and more)
4 pm Arm Balance Workshop in the studio
5:30 pm Flow in the studio
7 pm Dinner at RipJack

To make it official, place your $500 non-refundable deposit and fill out the Pura Vida Flow application to secure your space.

You can submit your deposit via paypal, zelle, or venmo to either Bill or Ali.

Upon completing registration, participants will receive a welcome email with more information. Detailed itinerary will be sent 3 months out.

Your registration will be complete once you submit both your application and deposit.

FAQs

Yeah! All yoga classes and workshops are optional. Your friend/partner is more than welcome to join us and make their time their own with many optional excursions or simply relaxing on the beach or by the pool.
Once we confirm your registration, let us know which excursions you’d like to do and we’ll set it up. You can also book excursions once we arrive at RipJack.
Please book your flights into and out of Liberia, Costa Rica. (LIR)
RipJack has some yoga mats available to borrow at no additional cost. We suggest bringing your own if you have room in your luggage.
Yes. We have a space for any food allergies/sensitivities to be listed in the retreat application.
If you’re looking to share a package option with someone and meet a cool new person, select the “double occupancy - open to an assigned roommate” option on your intake form.
We will email you and get your roommate preferences (female/male/non-binary). We will do our best to partner you with someone, but cannot guarantee a roommate will be available. In this case, you will need to pay the single occupancy option for your selected package.
